About
My name is Nicole Lipiński, and I was born in 1997. I am a visual artist based in Kraków, Poland, exploring the boundaries of perception, memory, and the simulation of reality, as well as my own perception in the context of technological progress, transhumanism, and ontological and existential truths. My work focuses on the liminal experience—the space suspended between what is real and its simulation.
I am interested in how technology shapes our awareness, memory, and identity, and how different materials—from traditional ones like painting to digital media such as video and AI—create new layers of meaning. I work across various media, including painting, film, animation, and 3D. My works balance between materiality and disappearance, between reality and memory.
